Visitor Rating: 8.1 " Very Good"
Address: 39 rue des Allobroges, 74400 Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, France
This modern property by the Le Gare enjoys an extremely convenient location as this is also where all the buses stop to the lift terminals. The booth where you book your seat on the bus to Chamonix is across the road.
There are loads of restaurants and casual eateries nearby to have meals from breakfast to dinner. The center of town is only about 10 minutes walk away.
While this property has an excellent
location, visitors reviews vary with many concerned about value for
money. It's refreshing to see contemporary hotels in this Savoie
region of France.
This area around the station is lively and high energy, so for a good night's rest, be sure to ask for a room away from the square.
As you can imagine, it's not particularly quaint around any train station, but the convenience is unsurpassed with out of town buses to Courmayeur and Verbier as well as Inter-Regional buses and long distance ones to Milan depart from the square outside the Le Gare. Naturally, the ski buses and the little mulet also stop here.
